Kids In The Kitchen (Ages 11 and up): French Macarons with Niki - $69 per person 

Join Niki, owner of Mon Amour French Macarons, for a fun baking workshop all about one of the most colorful and delicious treats around: French macarons! In this beginner-friendly class designed for older kids and teens, students will learn the techniques behind these delicate sandwich cookies while building real baking skills and kitchen confidence. Niki will guide students step-by-step through the process of making macaron batter, piping shells, creating fillings, and decorating their finished treats. Macarons can be a little tricky—but that’s part of the fun! Students will learn professional tips and techniques while practicing patience, precision, and creativity in the kitchen. Each student will leave with 6 macarons. This class is a mix of demonstration and hands on.
