Kids In The Kitchen (Ages 11-14):  Global Street Foods with Cortney - $225 per person 

Pack your appetite! We’re taking a trip around the world, one street at a time!  In this high-energy, hands-on 3-day camp, young chefs (ages 11–14) will explore bold, global flavors inspired by some of the world’s most iconic street foods. Each day, we’ll “travel” to a new destination, learning new techniques, building skills, and creating delicious, from-scratch dishes along the way. Please feel free to join us on our last day at 12:30pm where the kids can share what they have made! 

Day 1: Mexico 

Bright, bold, and full of flavor! Campers will dive into classic Mexican street food while practicing knife skills, griddling, and balancing sweet, salty, and tangy flavors. 

On The Menu: 

Mexican Fruit Cups 

Tlayudas (Mexican “Pizza) 

Esquites (Mexican Street Corn Salad) 

 

Day 2: China 

It’s all about hands-on dough work and big flavor. From mixing and rolling to cutting and tossing, campers will build confidence while creating savory favorites. 

On The Menu: 

Scallion Pancakes 

Scissor Cut Noodles with Sesame Ginger Oil (spicy if you like!) 

Smashed Cucumber Salad 

 

Day 3:  Mediterranean 

Fresh, vibrant, and packed with flavor, this final day brings it all together with build-your-own style dishes and classic techniques. Don’t forget to join us at 12:30 – the kids will be cooking up fresh, warm pita to share!
