Kitchen Hacks: Scissor Cut Noodles with Cortney - $79 per person
One noodle, infinite possibilities—this hands-on class is all about the magic of scissor-cut noodles and how one simple dough can travel across cuisines. Rustic, irregular, and incredibly satisfying, these noodles are cut straight into simmering water, creating tender, chewy bites.You’ll learn the technique from start to finish—mixing, resting, and cutting your dough—then put your noodles to work in four globally inspired dishes. Along the way, you’ll see just how versatile this humble noodle can be—equally at home in a rustic ragù, a brothy bowl, or a vibrant, spice-forward sauce. Expect a lively, interactive class, plenty of hands-on cooking, and a table full of globally inspired comfort food. This is a hands-on class taught in our 2 x 4 format where each group of 2 makes a different recipe and then we all share a family style feast.
