Fruited Summer Scones with Cortney - $69 per person
Sweet, sunny, and bursting with peak-season flavor—this class is all about mastering fruited summer scones without the usual pitfalls. If you’ve ever ended up with soggy dough, streaky color, or berries that disappear into the mix, this hands-on workshop will change the way you bake with fresh fruit. You’ll learn the key techniques for working with juicy summer berries—how to prep them so they hold their shape, when to fold them in, and how to balance moisture so your scones stay tender, flaky, and beautifully defined (not dense or waterlogged). We’ll cover smart tricks to prevent bleeding, protect delicate fruit, and keep flavors bright and distinct in every bite. This is a hands-on class taught in our 2 x 4 format where each group of 2 makes a different recipe and then we all share what we make!
