Provence Epicure with Dave - $99 per person
This is Provencal cooking at its finest! Provence is a region located in Southeastern France bordering the Mediterranean and features sun ripened ingredients with an emphasis on extra fresh flavors. Just because we’re in the middle of winter doesn’t mean we can’t enjoy the warm weather inspired foods of this region! This is a hands-on class. This class is taught in our 2x4 format – we’ll split up into groups of 2 and each twosome will tackle one recipe and then we all share a family style feast!

Hunter’s Stew with Game Hen
Traditional Chicken Provence with Artichokes and Olives
Daube (Provencal version of Bourguignon)
Provencal Cod Fritters with Tomato Basil Garnish and Sauce Gribiche
