Celebrate the fresh flavors of the season with a vibrant, hands-on plant-based cooking class that proves plants can be bold, satisfying, and full of personality. In this approachable workshop, you’ll explore globally inspired dishes that highlight texture, balance, and bright seasonal ingredients; from comforting soups and hearty salads to crispy fritters and flavor-packed noodles. Whether you’re fully plant-based or just looking to add more vegetables to your weekly routine, this class is designed to leave you feeling confident and inspired in the kitchen. This is a hands-on class taught in our 2 x 4 format where each group of 2 makes a different recipe and then we all share a family style feast. This class is vegetarian, vegan and plant based!
