Our most popular summer class is back! Celebrate the peak of Colorado’s summer harvest in this hands-on cooking class dedicated entirely to local ingredients and bold regional flavor. From Pueblo chiles to Palisade peaches, Olathe corn, and Colorado cherries, we’re building a menu that showcases why Colorado produce is truly in a league of its own. In this class, you’ll learn how to transform iconic local ingredients into creative, unexpected dishes that move far beyond the basics—balancing sweet, smoky, spicy, and savory in a way that feels both comforting and elevated. This is Colorado cooking at its most delicious: seasonal, vibrant, and built for sharing. This class is taught in our 2x4 format – we’ll split up into groups of 2 and each twosome will tackle a station together. Then we’ll share a family style feast!
