Known for its anti-inflammatory properties, Turmeric is a rhizome that is a member of the ginger family. Though most commonly associated with coloring curry powder, Turmeric's usage is found the world over and is even the coloring for Yellow Mustard! We love using this dry, chopped turmeric in Tea blends and we also for spice blending!
