We just got back from Puerto Rico, and we’re bringing a few of our favorite flavors home with us!

Join Dave for a one-hour online cooking class featuring two Puerto Rican favorites: Chuleta Guisada, tender pork chops simmered in a flavorful sauce, and Mamposteao Rice, a savory rice dish made with the delicious flavors of Puerto Rican cooking.

This is your chance to cook along with Dave as he shares some of the dishes we loved on our trip, along with the techniques, flavors, and little tips that make them so special.
