A Spring Celebration with Cortney

Join us for a fun evening in the kitchen as we celebrate spring with Sue’s Gift. This thoughtfully curated menu is all about vibrant flavors, nourishing ingredients and dishes that feel as joyful as the season itself. Together, we’ll chop, sauté, roll, and bake our way through a colorful lineup designed to nourish, comfort and delight. At the end we'll enjoy a family style feast of the recipes that we make!

On the menu:

Chicken & Mixed Berry Salad with Ginger Turmeric Vinaigrette – A bright, antioxidant-rich salad bursting with juicy berries, tender chicken and a golden vinaigrette that brings warmth and zing.

Sheet Pan Sweet Potato & Black Bean Wraps with Salsa & Guac – Roasted sweet potatoes and hearty black beans tucked into a sheet pan sized wrap; finished with fresh salsa and creamy guacamole for a plant-forward crowd favorite.
