Kashmiri Chile Whole

Hailing from the Kashmir territory of India, this chile (chilli) is most notably remarked for it's coloring properties, mild spiciness, and relativity to paprika. When used whole, it gives a smooth flavor to curry and kormeh dishes. When used ground it has a mild, sweet flavor that can turn slightly bitter if used in larger amounts.
