Pour something bubbly and join us for a Date Night in the kitchen!

We’re pairing a crisp Fennel & Apple Salad with Prosecco Berry Vinaigrette with a classic Chicken Marsala for a dinner that feels special without being fussy. You’ll learn how to build bright, balanced flavors in the salad and create a rich, savory Marsala pan sauce for perfectly cooked chicken.

And yes, there’s Prosecco in the vinaigrette—but there’s no reason to let the rest of the bottle go to waste. Use some for the dressing and save the rest for a little cheers while you cook!
