This wonderful spice is the seed from the Cilantro plant, however the flavor differs from the taste of the leaf. Sweet and citrusy, this seed can be used whole, cracked, or ground. Also known as an amalgamating spice, this spice is a great base in spice blends and carries other flavors well.
