Big and Bold, these cardamom pods are dried over an open fire which gives them a fantastic smoky aroma. Another seed that is native to the Himalayas, this member of the ginger family is a heavy on the menthol flavors and is a relative to the green cardamom, but is not from the same plant. Used widely in many Asian and African Cuisines.
