Buttermilk Powder

A definite pantry staple. Buttermilk powder is dehydrated and has a flour like texture.  It is great to add to homemade batters/doughs such as pancake, waffles, and even biscuits. At Gather, we like to use this in spice blending to make Cortney's Famous Dry Ranch Seasoning.

To make a cup of buttermilk, mix 3 Tablespoons Buttermilk Powder with 7.5oz water and stir well.
