This slaw is perfect on a pulled pork sandwich, as a side or even on a hot dog!

Ingredients

½ head cabbage, shredded

1 carrot, shredded

½ cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

2 tablespoons Gather Zesty Ranch

Salt & Pepper, to taste
Directions
In a bowl, make a slurry with the mayonnaise, vinegar, ranch, salt and pepper. Combine well.
Stir in the cabbage and carrot. Chill, serve and enjoy!
Recipe Note
We love to add julienned apples for crunch and a little sweetness! Change up red or green slaw for color.
