This slaw is perfect on a pulled pork sandwich, as a side or even on a hot dog!

Zesty Ranch Slaw

Ingredients

  • ½ head cabbage, shredded
  • 1 carrot, shredded
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Gather Zesty Ranch
  • Salt & Pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. In a bowl, make a slurry with the mayonnaise, vinegar, ranch, salt and pepper.  Combine well.

  2. Stir in the cabbage and carrot.  Chill, serve and enjoy!
