Simple, quick and delicious!

Ingredients

½ C. Greek yogurt
-
1 # blueberries, whole, fresh or frozen
-
1/3 C. honey
-
1 tsp. lemon juice
Directions
Add all ingredient to a food processor and puree until smooth.
Place in a shallow dish or loaf pan and place in the freezer for about 2 hours. If you let it sit overnight, remove from the freezer and let sit at room temperature for 20-30 minutes before serving.
