Grilled Mushroom Flatbreads Workshop with Dave - $85 per person

If you love Mushrooms and also Flatbreads then you’ve probably stopped reading this already and have gone to the checkout page. In this fun Workshop we are going to use 4 different types of mushroom from Microvora (an organic mushroom and greens farm right here in Colorado Springs!) First we’ll talk about the different types of mushrooms and what makes them different, then we will head to the studio to make the components for 4 tastebuds tantalizing flatbreads that’ll you’ll be making all year round! This is a hands-on class. This class is taught in our 2x4 Workshop format – we’ll split up into groups of 2 and each twosome will tackle a different Mushroom Flatbread recipe.
