Spanish Paprika, Sweet

Of the two main Paprika (Pimenton) production regions in Spain, Pimenton de Murcia is where Spanish Sweet Paprika comes from. Grown solely from the Bola pepper, the peppers in this region are sun-dried rather than smoked and are less sweet, and milder in flavor and color than their Hungarian counterparts. Still very flavorful however, Spanish Paprika can be found everywhere from smoked meats to rice (Paella) dishes!
