Burgers, Burgers, Burgers, Burgers with Dave - $85 per person

This is the last chance you have to be a grill master just in time for Memorial Day!  In this class Dave is going to go over the correct techniques for making beef hamburgers -  how to keep them juicy, how to keep them from shrinking, and how to keep them from turning into weird burger meatballs on your grill.  But that’s not all!  We’re also going to cover chicken and vegetable burgers too!  If you thought that chicken and vegetable burgers are boring, you are in the right class!  Dave might even convert some of you die hard meat eaters ??.  This is a hands-on class. This class is taught in our 2x4 format – we’ll split up into groups of 2 and each twosome will tackle one recipe.

• Classic Burger – with burger building ingredient order concepts         
• The Frisco, Colorado Burger (you know, so we don’t get sued)
• Chicken Bahn Mi Burger with Srirachi Cilantro Aioli
• Vegetarian Corn and Black Bean Burger
