Korean BBQ with Dave
One of last year’s most popular classes is back, and back with style! Korean BBQ is different that American style BBQ because the meat is cut into thinner pieces allowing for the meat to cook quickly and for the marinades to caramelize to the perfect point without getting too charred or burnt. In this class, we will make four different proteins, each in their own marinade. Each group will make 2 sauces to share and then we’ll feast! This is a hands-on class. This class is taught in our 2x4 format – we’ll split up into groups of 2 and each twosome will tackle one recipe.
On The Menu:
- Spicy Marinated Galbi (Beef Ribs)
- Traditional Bulgogi
- Samgyeopsal-gui – Pork Belly with Doenjang (Korean miso) Marinade
- Dakkochi -Chili & Honey Glazed Chicken Skewers
- Sauces: Gojujang and Ssamjang
