Do you have a cabinet full of spice blends you don’t know what to do with? This month we’re going to do something a little different and show you how to use blends in new fun ways. I am willing to bet that you’ve never thought to use spice blends the way we’ll be using them in this class but you’ll leave class wondering what other fun and crazy concoctions you can make with them! This class with repeat every month with a new spice! This is a hands-on class. This class is taught in our 2x4 format – we’ll split up into groups of 2 and each twosome will tackle one recipe.
On the menu:
- Curry Powder – Coconut Curry Clam Chowder
- Taco Seasoning – Taco Pasta
- Cajun Seasoning – No Churn Cajun Rum Raisin Ice Cream
- Berbere (&Mitmita) – The most and second most used blends in Ethiopia – Chocolate, Avocado, and Berbere Pudding with Mitmita Chantilly Cream
