This beloved land mollusk is a delicacy in France where they consume 40,000 Tons a year! As of 2018 Americans consume around 300 Tons of Escargot a year. In this class we are going to learn all about these edible delicacies and turn them into a couple decadent appetizer and entrée dishes. If you are an Escargot lover, I wouldn’t miss this one! This is a hands-on class. This class is taught in our 2x4 format – we’ll split up into groups of 2 and each twosome will tackle one recipe.

- Escargot Stuffed Mushrooms with Kalamata Toasted Breadcrumbs and Comte
