Too Cool for School: Catfish with Dave (Adult Class)

It’s a “catchy” name. HA! Since there has been so much interest in classes based around the different types of & cooking fish, be careful what you fish for because you’ve “caught” my attention. For the rest of the year we’ll focus on a new fish every month and by the end of the year, you’ll have 28 new fish recipes to add to your “tackle box”. You’ll love these classes and recipes – give me the benefit of the trout… I’ll Sea you there!  This is a hands-on class. This class is taught in our 2x4 format – we’ll split up into groups of 2 and each twosome will tackle one recipe.

• Baja Catfish Tacos with Lime Crema, Mango Salsa, and Red Cabbage
• Blackened Catfish Po-Boy with Remoulade
• Pretzel Crusted C.L.T. (catfish/lettuce/tomato) with Horseradish Lemon Crème Fraiche
• Cajun Nuggets with Creole Tartar Sauce
