Scratch Flatbread 4 Ways with Dave
By now you surely know that at Gather we love making bread, but what if you don’t have the time it takes to go through the 10 steps in the bread making process? FLATBREAD! Flatbread is different from regular bread and most pizza doughs as it is in most cases yeast-free! Making flatbread from scratch will definitely free up your time as the dough ingredients just need to be combined and then kneaded for about 3 minutes. In other words, it’ll take you longer to get everything out, measure, and put them back than it will to make it. Once the doughs are made, each group will roll them out and make 2 of the same flatbread. Now that you know how to make flatbread dough, the toppings and possibilities are endless! This is a hands-on class. This class is taught in our 2x4 format – we’ll split up into groups of 2 and each twosome will tackle one recipe.
