Best Of: Korean BBQ with Dave - $65 per person
Korean BBQ is different that American style BBQ because the meat is cut into thinner pieces allowing for the meat to cook quickly and for the marinades to caramelize to the perfect point without getting too charred or burnt. In this class, we will be making the four favorite KB recipes from this year, each in their own marinade. Each group will make 2 sauces to share and then we’ll feast! This is a hands-on class. This class is taught in our 2x4 format – we’ll split up into groups of 2 and each twosome will tackle one recipe.

- Traditional Bulgogi
- Samgyeopsal-gui – Pork Belly with Doenjang (Korean miso) Marinade
- Honey and Sesame Chicken
- Jeyuk Bokkeum – Spicy Pork BBQ
