Everyday Greek with Dave - $79 per person

In this all-out celebration of Greek flavors we’ll make some classic dishes that are the perfect welcome to summer.  Learn how to make these delicious dishes that will become your new favorites, too!  This class is fresh, full of flavor and FUN!! This is a hands-on class. This class is taught in our 2x4 format – we’ll split up into groups of 2 and each twosome will tackle one recipe.

·       Keftedes, Horta Salad -Greek Meatballs, Mixed Greens Salad

·       Chicken Gyros

·       Psari Plaki, Fasolakia – Baked Fish with Tomatoes and Onion, Greek Green Beans

·       Spetsofai, Patatosalata – Sausage and Peppers, Potato Salad
