Gluten Free: Pie Crust & French Silk Pie - $75 per person

You read that right!  In 2024 Cortney will be teaching a new Gluten Free Class EVERY MONTH!  You’ve been asking – so here we go!!  This class will focus on one of Cortney’s specialties – Pie Crust.  We’ll learn how to make a gluten free pie crust that you can actually get out in one piece. Then we’ll make our no bake French Silk filling for the ultimate in decadent desserts.  This class is taught in our workshop format.  You will work in groups of two but make your very own pie.  Each person will leave with an 8” pie (pie pan provided). This class is vegatarian.

Special Note: While this class is gluten free, Gather is not a gluten free facility.  We do often teach classes that use gluten and trace amounts may be present.  Please be aware that we cannot guarantee that items have not had cross contact and will be safe for those with celiac disease.
