Dave Can Teach Veggies, Too: German Cabbage Recipes

Its Oktoberfest week, and a perfect time to explore some German cabbage recipes. In this class we will be exploring some of what cabbage (and other vegetables in the brassica family) can do when put to the Deutsche Culinary Test. These recipes are wonderful accompaniments to meat dishes but are also great by themselves or with your favorite potato. This is a hands-on class. This class is taught in our 2x4 format – we’ll split up into groups of 2 and each twosome will tackle one recipe.
