Weeknight Chilis with Dave - $75 per person

It’s the ultimate Chili Class!!  In this class we’ll make everything from Spicy Chorizo, to Cincinnati-style, to a healthy lentil chili that tastes just as on good hot days as it does cold day. Learn multiple ways to thicken, use different cuts and types of meat and develop four all new chilis that will keep you warm all winter long. This class is taught in our 2x4 format – we’ll split up into groups of 2 and each twosome will tackle one recipe.
