Plant Bases: Vegan Condiments with Cortney
Learn how to make all of the condiments that you usually miss out on with a vegan or plant-based diet! Join us for this class where we whip up easy and delicious versions of fish sauce, mayo, pesto and Caesar salad dressing – all vegan! Once we’re done making our condiments we’ll enjoy our sauces with some paired plant-based food items. This is a hands-on class. This class is taught in our 2x4 format – we’ll split up into groups of 2 and each twosome will tackle one recipe.

- Vegan Fish Sauce: Thai Mushroom & Coconut Soup
- Vegan Mayo: Mushroom Bacon BLT’s
- Vegan Pesto: Parsley & Pesto Mixed Grain Salad
- Vegan Caesar Dressing: Vegan Caesar Salad
