Next in line for Dave’s veggie classes is Onions! In this class, we’ll be showcasing this allium in ways that are new and unique, both of which are sure to get your tastebuds screaming for more! I know some of these recipes push the boundaries of what this stem (yes, an onion is technically a stem and not a bulb) is capable of, but that’s point – showing the versatility of how these veggies can be used! This is a hands-on class. This class is taught in our 2x4 format – we’ll split up into groups of 2 and each twosome will tackle one recipe.

- Dolma Mahshi – Iraqi stuffed onion
