French Macarons with Niki - $75 per person

Meet Niki, owner of Mon Amour French Macarons.  She will be teaching you the techniques and tips to make this tricky sweet treat.  Learn how to make macarons from a professional as she walks you through the best way to master this temperamental delicacy.  This class is a mix of demonstration and hands-on as Niki demonstrates making the macaron batter and fillings. You’ll then practice piping macarons and learn how to fill and decorate! Each person will make and take 6 macarons. This class is vegetarian.
