Oktoberfest/German Food with Dave

Are you having a traditional Oktoberfest feast for all of your friends at your house? If you’re shaking your head no, I don’t blame you, neither would I… but this would be an amazing German Dinner for your family! In my last class to wrap up our Oktoberfest week, we’re going to make some very hearty and filling Deutschland recipes that you’ll end up making all year (and no one would blame you). This class is taught in our 2x4 format – we’ll split up into groups of 2 and each twosome will tackle one recipe.

On the menu:

• Knefla – Potato and Dumpling Soup

• Königsberg Klopse – Meatballs in a White Wine & Caper Gravy

• Kohl Und Hackfleisch – Ground Chicken and Cabbage Casserole

• Apfel Streusel Kuchen – German Apple Streusel Cake
