Summer Salads & Vinaigrettes with Cortney
Think salads are boring or not complex? Think again! In this class we’ll refresh your salad game with new ways to think about how to build more than just a leafy bowl of greens. We’ll explore how to use texture, flavor and even how to simply season your salad. Each group will also make their own dressings, so you will leave with four great salad recipes AND four new dressing recipes. This is a hands-on class. This class is taught in our 2x4 format – we’ll split up into groups of 2 and each twosome will tackle one recipe. This class is vegetarian.
On the menu:
- Crunchy Quinoa Cashew Salad with Garlic Ginger Vinaigrette
- Beet & Blueberry Salad with Hibiscus Orange Vinaigrette
- Shrimp & White Bean Salad with Oregano Chive Vinaigrette
- Mozzarella, Salami and Olive Salad with Farro and Preserved Lemon Vinaigrette
