Gluten Free: Pizza Party with Cortney - $70 per person

You read that right!  In 2024 Cortney will be teaching a new Gluten Free Class EVERY MONTH!  You’ve been asking – so here we go!!  This class will kick off our gluten free classes with everyone’s favorite – pizza!  We’ll learn two different types of crust that will satisfy that craving and not leaving you feeling sad about dry, crumbly pizza crust. Then we’ll make our Pizza Sauce, choose from the topping bar and build our own pizzas.  This class is taught in our workshop format.  You will work in groups of two but make your very own pizza.  Each person will make 2 personal sized pizzas. This class is gluten free.

• Gluten Free Pizza Crust (made with GF Flour)
• Gather Pizza Sauce
• Pizza Topping Bar

Special Note: This delicious classes is gluten free!  However, please know that Gather is an all encompassing teaching kitchen and often uses flour and gluten products in our kitchen daily.  We cannot guarantee that gluten cross contamination will not occur and do not recommend any of our classes for those with Celiac disease or strong sensitivities.
