Caribbean Week: Jamaica with Cortney - $70 per person
Do you love spicy Scotch Bonnets? What about allspice and thyme? Then you’re in for a treat in this class, where we use all of the island flavors that make up the uniqueness of Jamaican food. Make classic dishes that you already know and love, plus a few new ones that we bet you’ve never had before! This is a hands-on class. This class is taught in our 2x4 format – we’ll split up into groups of 2 and each twosome will tackle one recipe.
