American Road Trip: Mid-Atlantic & Coastal Carolinas with Dave - $75 per person

We’ve circled the country in this class and traveled through some of the many unique culinary regions that make up all things American cuisine. It’s all been leading up to this one. Mid Atlantic and Coastal Carolina cuisines epitomize exactly what they are… states that use the ocean to their advantage. In this all fish and seafood class, we’re going to take a look at some of the wonderful seafood dishes the middle of the east coast has to offer! This is a hands-on class – all hands in!  This class is taught in our 2x4 format – we’ll split up into groups of 2 and each twosome will tackle one recipe!
