Meat, Stick, Grill with Dave
Funny name, Delicious Class. In this class we are going to talk about 4 cultures that developed their own skewered grilled meat entrées – and then make them! Talk about being a Grill Master! This is a hands-on class taught in our 2x4 format -– we’ll split up into groups of 2 and each twosome will tackle one recipe.
On the menu:
- Kofta Kebab – Turkish Skewers with Lemon Tahini Yogurt Sauce
- Souvlaki – Greek Skewers with Toum (Garlic Sauce)
- Yakitori – Japanese Skewers with Homemade Ponzu
- Suya – West African Beef Skewers with Suya Sauce
