Calling all fish lovers!! We’re fresh back from the islands and ready for date night!  Let’s kick off the year with fresh flavors, fun, romance and a really great meal. We’re finishing off our Beach Boys theme song week with Bermuda and the Bahamas.  Have you ever wondered what special foods the islands have in store for you?  Let us just tell you – they are worth the trip!  But we’re happy to bring them to you! This is a hands-on class. This class will be taught in our Date Night format and every couple will make all three recipes! Prices are per couple and include 2 people.

• Bermudan Fish Chowder
• Bermudan Raisin Bread Fish Sandwich & Coleslaw (the slaw goes on the sandwich)
• Bahamian Coconut Tart
