Cajun and Creole Dinner with Dave - $85 per person

It’s The Most Wonderful Time of the Year! No, not Christmas, that was two months ago. It’s that time of year when the country has it’s eyes on New Orleans, and it’s tastebuds on its cuisine!  This class celebrates all things Cajun and Creole and in this class we’ll discuss the history and evolution of Cajun & Creole cuisines and then we’ll hit the studio to cook up a New Orleans worthy feast! Come jam out to some Zydeco and cook until you can’t cook no more! This is a hands-on class. This class is taught in our 2x4 format – we’ll split up into groups of 2 and each twosome will tackle one recipe.

 On the menu:

  • Chicken & Andouille Sausage Gumbo
  • Crawfish Etoufee with Dirty Rice
