Tamale Time with Cortney - $75 per person

It’s Christmas and that means it’s time to make tamales! In this class learn how to make masa, fill corn husks, fill, wrap and more! We also make a delicious red sauce that you have to taste to believe. This is a hands-on class – all hands in!  This class is taught in our 2x4 format – we’ll split up into groups of 2 and each twosome will tackle one recipe! This class is gluten free.
