Kids 11-14: Rice Paper Dumplings with Cortney - $55 per person

In this month’s class we’re bringing an all-new recipe that the kids will love!  Crispy pan-fried Rice Paper Dumplings! First we’ll make a filling with seasoned ground pork and veggies.  Then we’ll learn how to use rice paper to make a delicious wrap that we’ll pan fry to get crispy.  And while our filling is cooling we’ll make a delicious dipping sauce for our dumplings.  This is a hands on class. This class is gluten free.
