Sri Lankan Cuisine with Dave - $85 per person
Known as “The Pearl of the Indian Ocean”, Sri Lanka’s cuisine dates back thousands of years and is a rich blend of cooking techniques, spices, traditions, and ingredients – some of which were brought from the New World! Sri Lanka is also the home of True Cinnamon, and is widely used in recipes and masalas bringing a whole new range of flavors to your table! This is a hands-on class. This class is taught in our 2x4 format – we’ll split up into groups of 2 and each twosome will tackle one recipe.

· Fried Chicken Fried Rice
· Beef and Potato Keema Curry
· Sri Lankan Style Samosas
