This salt is a collaboration with George Patterson of Hernshaw Farms. He grows mushrooms on reclaimed mine land in West Virginia and helps to create farmland with his compost. The mushrooms are dried and ground before being mixed into the salt. Locally grown rosemary and thyme are added, as well as a hint of black pepper.The combo makes a delicious seasoning for hamburgers, steaks, and grilled vegetables.
Ingredients: Heirloom Salt, dried mushrooms(lions mane, oyster, chestnut, shiitake, and maitake), black pepper, rosemary, and thyme
