Falafel and Pita Party with Dave: $ 85 per person

Do you love Falafel? Join Dave and learn how to make this classic fried chickpea fritter that’s filled with herbs and spices. But that’s not all… We’ll also be making scratch-made pita, garlic and cucumber sauces, and two side accompaniments. You’ll make one heck of a falafel plate after taking this class! This is a hands-on class. This class is taught in our 2x4 format – we’ll split up into groups of 2 and each twosome will tackle one recipe. This class is vegetarian.
