Don’t miss this class – it’s going to be totally RAW-some!! This month chef Brad will teach you how to make these delicious raw recipes and feel confident replicating them in your own kitchen. From classic carpaccio to tropical poke, this class is for those of you out there who would like to explore new techniques in the kitchen with the guidance of a professional chef! This class is taught in our 2x4 format – we’ll split up into groups of 2 and each twosome will tackle one recipe.
