It’s a VERY special class where you can show off in style! Learn how to make a charcuterie board like a pro from Niki, former owner of Bramble & Brie Charcuterie Co. Create your stunning charcuterie platter with Niki, then take the entire board home to enjoy and recreate amazing entertaining masterpieces for years to come. This class is taught in our workshop format.  You will work in groups of two but make recipes of your own to take home!

On the menu:

  • Charcuterie Boards (including selections of meats, cheeses, crackers, noshies, etc). Serves 4-6.
  • Charcuterie Board – boards are included in the price of class and are yours to keep!
