Pumpkin Cake Rolls with Steffi’s Confections - $65 per person

In this class we’ll be discussing how simple it is to make a roll cake! We’ll be using fresh roasted pumpkin as you learn all the tips and tricks for this yummy treat, as well as filling with cream cheese icing. What’s not to love?! Each student will bring home their very own roll to share with friends and family. Stephanie will bring a pre-made Pumpkin Cake Roll for you to taste! This is a hands-on class in our workshop style.  Each person will make a cake roll to take home with you (you may work on some components together).
