This Greek honey is made from the Eucalyptus trees that grow in the Peloponnese region of Greece near Nafplio,which borders the Mediterranean Sea. This honey combines warm and earthy notes with a woody and slightly metholated flavor that is wonderfully aromatic and moderately sweet. Pairs well with stronger flavored cheeses like Blue Cheese and Feta as well as dried fruits, semolina cake, and roasted or grilled poultry.
If the honey crystallizes, place jar in a bowl of hot water until sugars dissolve and the honey is smooth.
